How easy it is to get setup?

Dead easy! Choose your number, set it up to route calls to another number, enter your card details and you're done! The number is instantly ready to be used. We're sure you can do it in under 5 mintues.


What numbers can I choose from?

You can choose local, mobile or toll free numbers. All our numbers are checked out to be 'clean' so you won't receive unwanted calls.


How soon will I be able to use my new number?

Once you have paid for your number it is instantly available to configure and use. Customers can begin calling you immediately.


Billing

What payment methods do you take?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit and debit cards.


How does billing work?

Our billing system combines a monthly fee along with a credit PAYG (pay-as-you-go) system for call and message usage. This helps keep things simple for our customers. Customers have a fixed known amount to pay per month for their numbers. All calls and messages are billed seperately and in real time - credit is deducted after each message is sent or received and after a call ends. Account balance and other billing details are all processed in real time and available via the customer portal.


Do you provide VAT receipts?

Yes, all our receipts display VAT as standard and will be acceptable for your accounting purposes.


Is there any minimum contract?

No, we do not have a minimum contract. Numbers are purchased and paid for on an annual or longer basis.
